From modest beginnings in Holguín, Cuba, to establishing a 150,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Miami, Mujica’s dedication to excellence has driven Eurocraft’s expansion across the U.S. and the Caribbean. Jose Mujica
At just 22 years old, José Mujica has established himself as a key figure in the impact-resistant window and door manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Eurocraft Industries, he balances his leadership role while completing his Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Logistics, seamlessly combining academic excellence with hands-on industry experience.
From an early age, José immersed himself in the business world under the mentorship of his father, Yuxmiell Mujica, CEO of Mujica Group. He began his career at Ocean Doors and Windows, gaining expertise in estimating, accounting, and operations. As the company expanded, he developed a comprehensive understanding of the business, strengthening his leadership and strategic skills.
Today, in addition to his role at Eurocraft Industries, José is a highly successful sales representative and the founder of his own company, JM Fenestration. His professional approach is rooted in honesty, loyalty, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, qualities that have positioned him as a trusted and driven entrepreneur. With a clear vision for the future, José continues to embrace new challenges with passion, determination, and leadership.

Lisnet Vidal
Lisnet Vidal serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Eurocraft Industries, bringing a wealth of experience and a proven track record in accounting, finance, and organizational leadership. With a career that began at the age of 20, she has held critical roles across internal control, operations, customer service, accounting and finances—equipping her with a well-rounded and strategic perspective on business management.
